… Proud to have been selected as the location to welcome the ceremony of a prestigious Indian Wedding!
This Special Event took place from 12th until 15th May 2011 in Venice, and the San Clemente Palace Hotel & Resort hosted the official marriage ceremony, surrounded by its centuries-old park.
The first day has been celebrated in the “Scuola della Misericordia” building; the second day in the “Arsenale”, while the religious ceremony took place at our San Clemente Palace Hotel & Resort on Saturday 14th May 2011.
Great decorations, enchanting flowers, prestigious special effects made this Wedding a truly special one: the main marquee – ready to welcome 800 Guests – was built in the centuries-old park and featured a ceiling covered by images inspired by Tiepolo’s frescoes with refined Murano glass chandeliers adorned with colorful roses; a golden temple welcomed the religious ceremony, with hundreds of candles enriching its sides and a magnificent chandelier composed by 8.000 yellow orchids. All around the swimming-pool area, a large patio, table and chairs were settled to welcome dinner, surrounded by classical statues and wonderful flower decorations.
In the late evening, a breathtaking fireworks show enlightened the sky and our Island, rendering the end of a 3-days magical celebration a colorful, spectacular closing stage.
