Tai-chi

It is possible to organize, on request and upon advanced reservation, private Tai-Chi lessons with a professional Teacher, surrounded by our green centuries-old park.  The Tai Chi Chuan is not a competitive sport and, not requiring the use of muscles strength, it can be practice by anyone at any age.  The concept is mainly to execute a concatenation of soft movements which, combined with techniques for relaxing and breathing, allow the production and the development of the interior energy.
