Useful information to reach our Resort
From St. Mark’s Square:
Our pier overlooks St. Mark’s Basin and is located just in front of the Royal Gardens and the Marciana Library. Our complimentary shuttle service arrives and leaves on a regular basis, and it takes approximately 12 minutes to arrive to our Island. Click here and download the updated shuttle timetable.
From Marco Polo Venice Airport:
By public transportation: From the Airport the “Alilaguna” public transportation will accompany you to St. Mark’s Square (1h15 approx.). From St. Mark’s Square, you can enjoy our complimentary shuttle boat service.
By private transfer: We suggest to contact our Concierge (concierge@sanclementepalacevenice.com) for assistance and organize a private transfer by water taxi (30 min. approx.).
From “Santa Lucia” Rail Station in Venice:
By public transportation: From “Santa Lucia” Rail Station in Venice, the vaporetto (line 2 or 1) will accompany you to St. Mark’s Square through the Grand Canal (45 min. approx. – stop: “San Marco Vallaresso”). From St. Mark’s Square, you can enjoy our complimentary shuttle boat service.
By private transfer: We suggest to contact our Concierge (concierge@sanclementepalacevenice.com) for assistance and organize a private transfer by water taxi (20 min. approx.).
From Piazzale Roma (car terminal):
By public transportation: From Piazzale Roma, the vaporetto (line 2 or 1) will accompany you to St. Mark’s Square through the Grand Canal (50 min. approx. – stop: “San Marco Vallaresso”. From St. Mark’s Square, you can enjoy our complimentary shuttle boat service.
By private transfer: We suggest to contact our Concierge (concierge@sanclementepalacevenice.com) for assistance and organize a private transfer by water taxi (20 min. approx.) or to reserve a car parking in Piazzale Roma.
From the Port:
By public transportation: From the Port in Venice, the “People Mover” will accompany you to Piazzale Roma (5 min. approx.). From Piazzale Roma, the vaporetto (line 2 or 1) will accompany you to St. Mark’s Square through the Grand Canal (50 min. approx. – stop “San Marco Vallaresso”). From St. Mark’s Square, you can enjoy our complimentary shuttle boat service.
By private transfer: We suggest to contact our Concierge (concierge@sanclementepalacevenice.com) for assistance and organize a private transfer by water taxi (20 min. approx.).
By private boat/by yacht:
The San Clemente Palace Hotel & Resort is ideal even for sailormen, who can comfortably arrive to our Island by yacht, and take advantage of our private pier. It is possible to moor a boat for some period, and water and power will be provided; advanced reservation is required and draft and boat sizes need to be checked. Please feel free to contact info@sanclementepalacevenice.com to be assisted with the reservation of the private dock.
